Terms of Trade

PRICE
All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

An adjusted invoice without GST will be issued to international customers.

Note: We are a Retailer not a Wholesaler.

Payment: Orders ( Including Postage ) are to be prepaid, before shipping.

If you are purchasing from outside Australia the actual charge will be

calculated by your credit card issuer based on their conversion of the

Australian dollar price when your credit card is charged.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorised by Embroideries from Daisy's Garden.

Returns: are only available under the following conditions:
Any short deliveries, incorrect supply or faulty goods must be notified by

email / phone within 7 days of receipt.
The cost of return postage is at the cost of the customer. 
Credits, replacements or refunds will be issued when the item is returned

and inspected by us.

Australia

A Flat Rate of Postage is offered at checkout $2.50

should your purchase fit in a letter size envelope and be under 20 mm. thick.

(A  Maximum of 260 x 360 x 20 mm  )

Parcels
1.Standard Post (Inside Australia only)
$4.35 up to 250 grams
$5.60 between 250 and 500 grams
You will be contacted with freight costs for all orders weighing more than 500 grams

2.Registered Post (Recommended method)
A $2.00 addition will be applied to the standard post rates
This service offers the benefit of a tracing number.

3.Express Post (Recommended method)
We use Australia Post express service.
$8.00 500 gram satchel
$11.30 3 kilo satchel
This service offers the benefit of a tracing number.

International Postage Charges are charged per zone

1st. Class- under 500 grms,  Registered International

2nd. Class - under 250 grms  Regular Air Mail 3 - 10 days

delivery ( no tracking )  Delivery Confirmation Available.

We take every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of your order. If the parcel is damaged.
